Description
Both Classic Steel Looping Coaster styles have trailered trains. There is no separate zero car, with the first car of the train instead having two bogies. The first two bogies are slightly closer spaced together than the trailing bogies (about 1.9m per the wireframe. Source: GigaG).
In the editor, both styles use the same wireframe trains.
The difference between the two styles lies mainly in the design of track devices, and the presence of shoulder pads in the restraints of the Modern style.
Trivia
These coaster styles are most similar to Anton Schwarzkopf's steel roller coasters. While often referred to colloquially as "looping coasters", several of this genre were made with these trains without inversions.
The Original is most similar to older models such as Nessie at Hansa-Park.
The Modern is most similar to newer traveling models such as Olympia Looping.
